I will champion properly planned development with buy in from residents through open and meaningful consultation. We need road, rail and cycle routes, doctor’s surgeries, dentists, schools and shops that the community benefits from. New developments must create positive environmental and social impact including housebuilding that minimises carbon emissions and encourages the use of onsite renewables.
