Yesterday, I was out in Royal Wootton Bassett and Lyneham helping the emergency services with diverting traffic around flood water. I’d like to thank all drivers for being calm and understanding and I hope one positive was the benefit to businesses in Wootton Bassett, because I was telling people to park up in town and get a coffee. Things are now starting to improve, with roads and transport services resuming.
