I would personally like to send all those members of our armed forces serving overseas, and closer to home, a very merry Christmas.
Thank you for all you do and for all the sacrifices that you and your families make in the service of our country and the defence of us all.
My thanks also go out to our amazing blue light services, the NHS, and anyone else working to keep us all safe over the festive period.
